In the Konak district of İzmir, 3 people in a car that fell into an underpass lost their lives, and 2 others were injured. Numerous teams were dispatched to the scene.
In İzmir, a car with license plate 35 CBA 796, traveling from Eşrefpaşa towards İkiçeşmelik, whose driver has not yet been identified, fell from a height of approximately 6 meters into an underpass for reasons yet to be determined. Upon notification by bystanders, police and fire crews were dispatched to the scene.
3 PEOPLE LOST THEIR LIVES
Checks by medical teams determined that 3 women in the overturned car had lost their lives, while 2 women were injured.
The injured, who are in life-threatening condition, were taken to İzmir Katip Çelebi University Atatürk Training and Research Hospital and the University of Health Sciences Bozyaka Training and Research Hospital.
Traffic congestion occurred in the area due to the road being closed to vehicle passage.
