Training aircraft makes emergency landing in a field in Bursa
A training aircraft experiencing a technical malfunction during flight in Bursa's Yenişehir district made an emergency landing in a field in the Subaşı neighborhood. It was reported that there were no injuries in the incident.
According to the information received, an A210-type ultralight aircraft belonging to Fenix, operating out of Yenişehir Airport with the call sign Tcucl, made an emergency landing in a field in the Tepebaşı area of Subaşı Village during a student flight. While the aircraft's rear landing gear was broken, it was reported that there were no injuries or missing persons according to initial assessments.
While AFAD, Gendarmerie, and 112 emergency teams were mobilized, Bursa Governor Erol Ayyıldız also closely monitored the developments.
It was noted that the student pilot of the aircraft, Ozan Aydoğan, made the emergency landing on the terrain due to technical reasons and that he is in good health.
