Trapped on the balcony while cleaning

In Antalya, Fatma Akdelen, who works in a 5-story business center, became trapped on the 4th-floor balcony while cleaning after the sliding door closed behind her. Akdelen, who had left her phone inside and was alone in the office, called out from the balcony for help. Citizens in the area noticed the situation and called the 112 Emergency Call Center to request assistance.

Fire and police teams arrived at the scene, contacted the business center authorities to open the door, and rescued Akdelen from the balcony where she was trapped. Mehmet Civelek, who witnessed the incident, said, "As I was driving by, she was shouting, 'Help, save me.' We stopped immediately and called for help." After being rescued, Fatma Akdelen thanked the teams and explained the incident to the police. The teams returned to their normal duties following the incident.
