The Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office has had its indictment accepted by the Ankara 32nd High Criminal Court, which seeks the punishment of 61 defendants, including the organization's founder and leader, the defendant codenamed "Ayhan," Bora Kaplan, and other leading defendants Fethi Koyuncu, Mutlu Ayaş, Yusuf İzzet Savaş, Kanber Keskin, and Serdar Sertçelik, for crimes including "establishing and managing an armed organization for the purpose of committing crimes," "intentional killing," "qualified intentional killing," "intentional injury," "deprivation of liberty," "qualified robbery," "torture," "destruction, concealment, or alteration of criminal evidence," "assuming criminal responsibility," and "aiding and abetting a criminal."

The court has decided that the first hearing of the case will be held on April 15, 2024.
