Following Iran's drone attack on Israel, many countries closed their airspace, leading to the cancellation of numerous flights.

Turkish Airlines (THY) issued a statement regarding the cancelled flights. In its statement, it announced that reservation changes would be made free of charge.

The statement from Turkish Airlines is as follows:

"Dear Passengers, due to the current situation in Iraq, Jordan, and Lebanon, for tickets issued on or before April 13, 2024, all passengers registered for flights to and from Iraq, Jordan, and Lebanon between April 13, 2024, and April 22, 2024, will be able to make reservation changes free of charge, provided that they complete their transactions by April 22, 2024. Refund requests will be processed in accordance with ticket rules.
