Turkish Airlines celebrates the holiday with a Turkish flag surprise on its X account!

According to the statement made by the THY Press Office, a special project was launched on the social media platform for the holiday. Within the scope of the project, those who clicked the "like" button on the holiday celebration post shared from the company's X account were met with a Turkish flag surprise, and THY became the first brand in Turkey to use the "custom like" feature on this platform.

Celebrating Republic Day with its employees from all over the world, THY also prepared a special video with the slogan "Turkey in our name, Republic in our hearts" and the hashtag "#AsBayraklarıAs".

Every user who used the "#AsBayraklarıAs" hashtag in their posts on the X platform was also met with a Turkish flag emoji surprise.

In the statement, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Bolat, Chairman of the Board and the Executive Committee of THY, stated that they celebrate the 101st anniversary of the proclamation of the Republic, which is the registration of the national will and the symbol of independence, with great pride.

Bolat said, "We commemorate the founder of our Republic, Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, and his heroic comrades-in-arms, our dear martyrs, and our veterans with mercy and gratitude. We also present our special projects that we have implemented within the scope of this special day for your appreciation."
