15 PERCENT SPECIAL DISCOUNT CAMPAIGN FOR FAMILIES FROM THY

Minister of Family and Social Services Mahinur Özdemir Göktaş announced that Turkish Airlines (THY) will offer families the opportunity to travel with a 15% discount until the end of the year as part of the Year of the Family.

In her statement, Minister Göktaş noted that the "Vision Document and Action Plan for the Protection and Strengthening of the Family" has been prepared and implemented.

Emphasizing that the action plan includes steps to protect the family structure and values, Göktaş stated that the cooperation efforts to be carried out with all ministries and relevant stakeholders throughout the Year of the Family will be monitored by the Ministry of Family and Social Services.

Stressing that they continue their work in line with the goals of "Increasing the Welfare Level of Families" and "Increasing the Effectiveness of Family-Focused Social Policies and Services," Minister Göktaş said, "Within the scope of our 2025 Year of the Family goals, we are implementing discount practices that will provide economic benefits to our families. In this context, as a result of our negotiations with Turkish Airlines, a 15 percent discount will be provided to our families throughout the 2025 Year of the Family."

UNTIL WHEN IS THE THY 15 PERCENT DISCOUNTED FAMILY CAMPAIGN VALID?

The 15% discount campaign offered by THY specifically for families will be valid until December 29, 2025. Passengers will be able to travel with this discount until December 31, 2025.

WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR THE FAMILY DISCOUNT CAMPAIGN?

Within the scope of the campaign announced on the Turkish Airlines website under the name "Family Discount," a 15% discount will be applied to at least 3 and at most 9 passengers who are on the same reservation record and share the same surname. However, if there is an infant in the reservation, the number of passengers must be at least 4 to benefit from the discount.
