Two cars collide head-on
In Bolu, a driver trapped in their vehicle following a head-on collision between two cars was rescued by fire crews and taken to the hospital.
The accident occurred around 20:30 on Çelebi Street in the Yukarı Soku neighborhood. According to the information obtained, the car with license plate 14 AD 903, driven by Metin Ş., collided head-on with a car with license plate 14 BZ 900, whose driver's name could not be learned, while traveling on Çelebi Street.
In the accident, Metin Ş. was injured after becoming trapped inside the car. The situation was reported to the 112 Emergency Call Center.
Upon the notification, health, police, and fire crews were dispatched to the area.
The driver trapped in the vehicle was removed from the wreckage as a result of the extensive efforts of the Bolu Municipality Fire Department teams and was taken to the hospital by ambulance. The accident resulted in material damage to the vehicles.
An investigation into the accident has been initiated.
