Two ships collide in the Bosphorus!
The cargo and passenger ships that collided in the Bosphorus have anchored at the Ahırkapı Anchorage Area.
Off the coast of Yenikapı in the Bosphorus, the 147-meter-long Ro-Ro passenger ship named "Kevalay Queen" and the 103-meter-long general cargo ship named "Captain Adam 1" collided.
The KEGM-4 fast rescue boat belonging to the General Directorate of Coastal Safety was dispatched to the scene.
Both ships sustained damage in the accident, and no environmental pollution was detected during the inspections.
The ships have anchored at the Ahırkapı Anchorage Area.
