It has emerged that uncle Salim Güran went to the stream on the night of the murder: Important detail in the Narin case
New information has emerged in the case file opened regarding the murder of 8-year-old Narin Güran, whose lifeless body was found in Eğertutmaz Stream on September 8, after she went missing on August 21 in the rural Tavşantepe neighborhood of the central Bağlar district.
In the indictment prepared by the Diyarbakır Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, it was determined that the detained uncle, Salim Güran, arrived at Eğertutmaz Stream, where the body was found, at 22:35 on the night of August 21, the day Narin went missing.
Within the scope of the expert and HTS analysis reports in the case file, it was determined that on the day of the incident, a vehicle was moving toward the location where the body was found at around 22:35, stopped in the area where the body was found at 22:48, and began its return at around 22:55.
The investigation indicated that the person who came to the location where the body was found was Salim Güran.
4 DETAINED DEFENDANTS TO APPEAR IN COURT
The first hearing of the case opened against the detained defendants—uncle Salim, mother Yüksel, and brother Enes Güran, as well as their neighbor Nevzat Bahtiyar—for "intentional killing of a child in complicity" regarding the murder of Narin Güran, with a request for aggravated life imprisonment, will be held on November 7 at the Diyarbakır 8th High Criminal Court.
