Unlicensed coal mines destroyed in Zonguldak
Three coal mines found to be operating without a license in Zonguldak were destroyed by teams. The seized equipment was handed over to the Regional Directorate of Forestry teams.
Teams from the Zonguldak Provincial Gendarmerie Command conducted an operation targeting illegally operated coal mines. Three mines identified as operating without a license in the Kilimli district were destroyed by Turkish Hard Coal Enterprises (TTK) teams.
During the operation, 15 tons of coal, 1 wagon, and 70 meters of rail were seized at the aforementioned mines.

The seized items were handed over to the Regional Directorate of Forestry teams, as the mines were located within a forest area.
