Air conditioner motor explodes, house reduced to ashes
A fire that broke out in a house in Osmaniye due to an air conditioner motor explosion was extinguished by fire crews. Two people affected by smoke were taken to the hospital.
In the Düziçi district of Osmaniye, an air conditioner motor in a house belonging to Mehmet Cin exploded for reasons yet to be determined.
TWO PEOPLE IN THE HOUSE BARELY ESCAPED
The explosion caused a fire to break out in the house. Upon notification by local residents, health, fire, and police teams were called to the scene. The Düziçi Municipality Fire Department teams dispatched to the area intervened and extinguished the fire.
Mehmet Cin (76) and his wife Meryem Cin (74), who were in the house during the fire, were affected by smoke and taken to Düziçi State Hospital. An investigation into the fire has been launched.
