A police cruiser sustained material damage after hitting a median while attempting to apprehend a suspect vehicle in Çorum.
On Prof. Dr. Arif Ersoy Street in Çorum, a driver who spotted police teams conducting a traffic stop began to flee in their car. The police cruiser pursuing the fleeing vehicle mounted the median on the same street and crashed.
While no injuries occurred in the accident, the police vehicle sustained material damage. The crashed police car was removed from the street by a tow truck, and an operation has been launched to apprehend the fleeing suspects.
