Citizens protest March 19 operation in Şişli
On the first month anniversary of the March 19 operation targeting the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (İBB), citizens in the Kurtuluş neighborhood of Şişli protested the arrests and the appointment of a trustee to the Şişli Municipality.
Gathering to protest the events, citizens held a march while carrying Turkish flags.
Chanting slogans and expressing their reaction to the appointment of the trustee, the citizens demonstrated their opposition with a protest marking the first month of the March 19 operation.
