Intoxicated individual attempts to hang himself in a balance top-up booth in Kocaeli
In the Körfez district of Kocaeli, an intoxicated individual attempted to hang himself in a bus card balance top-up booth. Citizens in the vicinity who noticed the incident intervened to stop the individual and alerted medical teams.
The incident occurred around 13:00 on Kara Hüseyin Street in the Kirazlıyalı neighborhood. The intoxicated individual, whose name could not be learned, attempted to hang himself from the bus card balance top-up booth using a rope he was carrying. Citizens who noticed the situation intervened and notified the 112 Emergency Call Center.
TEAMS DISPATCHED TO THE SCENE
Upon the report, fire, medical, and police teams were dispatched to the address. It was learned that the individual, who was taken to Derince Training and Research Hospital by medical teams, is in good health.
