Scandalous allegation at closed hospital in Esenyurt: Dialysis patient drugged and filmed
A scandalous allegation has emerged regarding the private Reyap Hospital in Esenyurt, which was closed as part of the 'newborn gang' investigation. It was stated that a dialysis patient at the hospital was given medication and forcibly filmed to prevent them from filing a complaint.
A striking allegation has come to light regarding Private Reyap Hospital, one of the facilities closed as part of the investigation into a gang in Istanbul that generated illicit profits by referring newborn babies to contracted hospitals and caused the deaths of infants through negligent behavior.
Following the newborn gang investigation, the licenses of the hospitals were revoked, the facilities were closed, and the transfer process for the patients being treated there was initiated. However, patients' relatives stated that they were not informed by hospital management regarding the process.
THEY FORCED HIM TO SAY HE WAS SATISFIED WITH THE HOSPITAL AND FILMED HIM
Hülya Çelikel, a relative of a patient, explained what happened, stating that they had taken her husband, who is a kidney patient, to the Private Reyap Hospital in Esenyurt:
"My husband said he was mistreated at the hospital and cried out, 'Save me from here.' A nurse there opened our eyes. She said, 'I cannot bear your crying and pleading; yes, they are tormenting the uncle here at Reyap Hospital.' Upon this, we decided to take my husband out of the hospital and took him to Medilife Hospital."

Claiming that a doctor at the hospital had given her husband medication and filmed him, Çelikel stated, "We put my husband in the ambulance and brought him to Medilife Hospital. When he started to come to his senses, he told me, 'They gave me medication there, my head was fuzzy.' They had filmed my husband to prevent us from filing a complaint. No one has the right to film my husband. When my husband explained this situation, I immediately took him out of the hospital."
Hülya Çelikel, who continues to wait in front of Medilife Hospital, stated that she is helpless in the face of the uncertainty of the process and noted the following:
"Currently, we cannot receive any information regarding my husband's condition. It is unclear where he will be transferred. He needs to undergo dialysis for his kidneys. However, no decision has been made regarding what will be done. What am I going to do with my patient? Should I take him home, or should I put him on dialysis? We cannot speak with any official right now. Ambulances are coming and going, but it is unclear where the patients are being taken, and their relatives are not being informed."
