The individual, who stopped other motorcyclists in traffic by saying his fuel had run out and his motorcycle was not working, collected a liter of gasoline from 3 motorcyclists he stopped. Another motorcyclist who realized the situation noticed that the motorcycle part had been removed. The motorcyclist, realizing they had been deceived, recorded those moments on their mobile phone and reacted. The driver then filed a complaint against the motorcyclist who had stopped them.
