'THERE IS NO CAUSE FOR CONCERN'

Dozens of small earthquakes occur every day. Denizli is a seismic region located at the intersection of fault lines. The M3.9 minor earthquake that occurred tonight is one of them. There is no cause for concern. Destruction in this region only begins after an M6.2 earthquake.”

NO LOSS OF LIFE OR PROPERTY IN THE EARTHQUAKE

According to information received from officials, no loss of life or property was reported following the earthquake. It was reported that calm continues in the region.
