What the latest poll commissioned by Özgür Özel shows: Here is the gap between the AKP and the CHP

The public opinion survey conducted by the CHP in October 2024 contains striking data regarding the current vote shares of political parties. 2,012 people participated in the research conducted between October 7 and 14.

POLL RESULTS

According to the report by Adil Can Sivrikaya from Sözcü, the survey results indicate that if an election were held tomorrow, the Republican People's Party (CHP) would be the leading party with 26.6 percent of the vote. The Justice and Development Party (AKP) follows in second place with 24.9 percent.

VOTE SHARES OF MHP AND YRP

While the Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) has a vote share of 4.8 percent, the Peoples' Equality and Democracy Party (DEM Party) has 5.8 percent, and the New Welfare Party (YRP) has 4.0 percent, the Victory Party (Zafer Partisi) receives 2.7 percent and the IYI Party receives 1.6 percent. The total vote share of other parties was recorded at 3.4 percent.

PERCENTAGE OF NON-VOTING ELECTORATE

Another notable result of the survey is that undecided voters, at a high rate of 26.1 percent, could significantly influence election results. The percentage of those who will not vote was determined to be 10.9 percent.
