The districts in Istanbul that will experience power outages on Monday, December 4, have been announced. Boğaziçi Electricity Distribution Inc. (BEDAŞ) and Istanbul Anatolian Side Electricity Distribution Inc. (AYEDAŞ) have announced planned power outages on a district and street basis.
