WHO IS BÜLENT TEKBIYIKOĞLU?

Originally from the Sungurlu district of Çorum and born in Ankara in 1976, Bülent Tekbıyıkoğlu completed his undergraduate education at the Istanbul University Faculty of Political Sciences in 1997. After working in the finance sector for a short time, he began his service as a district governor candidate within the Ministry of Interior in 2004. Throughout his career, he served as district governor in the districts of Tonya, Yağlıdere, Bozdoğan, Kiğı, Hassa, and Ahlat.

Bülent Tekbıyıkoğlu, who was appointed as a Department Head at the General Directorate of Provincial Administration with the Ministry of Interior's Decree on the Appointment of Civil Administrators dated August 20, 2017, and numbered 2017/345, was appointed as Deputy General Manager of the General Directorate of Migration Management with a decision dated September 1, 2018.

Appointed as the General Manager of Social Assistance at the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Services by the Presidential Decree dated October 26, 2018, Tekbıyıkoğlu began his duty as the Governor of Kırıkkale with a decree published on October 2, 2021. He was appointed as the Governor of Tunceli by the Presidential Decision numbered 2023/376, published in the Official Gazette dated August 10, 2023, and numbered 32275.
