Woman who stabbed her common-law husband taken into custody
In Adana, a woman who wounded her common-law husband with a fruit knife, alleging that he had beaten her, has been taken into custody.
According to the information received, an argument broke out between Cumali E. (55) and his common-law wife Emine A. (45) at their home in the Selahattin Eyyubbi neighborhood of the central Yüreğir district.
During the argument, Emine A. wounded Cumali E., the father of one of her children, with a fruit knife.
Upon notification, 112 Emergency Health teams dispatched to the scene transported Cumali E., who was wounded in the abdomen, to the Adana City Training and Research Hospital.
Emine A., who was taken into custody, was brought to the police station.
