According to the latest evaluations made by the General Directorate of Meteorology, it is estimated that the country will be partly to very cloudy, with intermittent precipitation expected in the east of the Marmara region, Central Anatolia (except Kayseri and Niğde), the Western and Central Black Sea, the coasts of the Eastern Black Sea, Eastern and Southeastern Anatolia (except Kars and Ardahan), the surroundings of Kütahya, Manisa, Kahramanmaraş, Osmaniye, Hatay, and Gümüşhane, as well as the east of Çanakkale, Kırklareli, and Tekirdağ, and the western parts of Mersin.

The precipitation, which is expected to be rain on the coasts of the Central and Eastern Black Sea and the Mediterranean, sleet in the north of the Marmara region with snow at higher altitudes, and snow in the interior, is expected to be occasionally heavy, especially in the northern parts, in the surroundings of Istanbul, the east of Kırklareli and Tekirdağ, and the north of Kocaeli.

Icing and frost are expected in the interior and eastern regions, along with haze and occasional fog during the morning and night hours. There is a risk of avalanches in the interior parts of the Eastern Black Sea and in the north and east of Eastern Anatolia.

MARMARA

It is estimated to be partly to very cloudy, with intermittent precipitation in the east of the region and the eastern parts of Çanakkale, Kırklareli, and Tekirdağ. The precipitation, which will be seen as sleet and occasionally snow, is expected to be occasionally heavy, especially in the northern parts, in the surroundings of Istanbul, the east of Kırklareli and Tekirdağ, and the north of Kocaeli. Haze and occasional fog are expected along with icing and frost in the southeastern parts of the region and in Thrace during the morning and night hours. The wind is expected to blow from the north and northeast as a strong and short-term storm (50 to 70 km/h).
