Yellow code warning from Meteorology for 12 cities!

According to the latest assessments made by the General Directorate of Meteorology, it is estimated that the coastal Aegean, Eastern Mediterranean, eastern parts of Central Anatolia, Eastern Black Sea, Eastern and Southeastern Anatolia, as well as the surroundings of Bartın and Ordu, will experience showers and thunderstorms, while other areas will be partly cloudy. 

Precipitation is expected to be locally heavy in the southern parts of Adana and Osmaniye, the coastal areas of Hatay, and the surroundings of Erzincan, Tunceli, Elazığ, Bingöl, Muş, Diyarbakır, Siirt, Batman, Şırnak, and Bitlis. Fog and mist are expected locally in the mornings and nights in Marmara, the inner Aegean, the western part of Central Anatolia, and the western part of the Western Black Sea.

It is estimated that the region will be partly to very cloudy, with local showers and thunderstorms expected in the south of Çanakkale and the Edremit Gulf during the afternoon hours. The wind is expected to blow strongly from southern directions (40-60 km/h) after the afternoon hours, occasionally reaching short-term storm levels. Fog and mist are expected in the morning and night hours.
