2 more companies are going public

The Capital Markets Board (CMB) has approved the initial public offering (IPO) applications of Özata Denizcilik Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ and Cem Zeytin AŞ. According to the decisions included in the CMB's weekly bulletin, both companies will offer their shares to the public through capital increases.

Özata Denizcilik Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ will increase its current capital of 60 million TL to 71.35 million TL through a paid capital increase. In this process, a total of 13.35 million TL worth of shares will be offered to the public, consisting of 11.35 million TL in shares created during this process and 2 million TL in nominal value shares owned by the company's current sole shareholder, Özata Tersanecilik Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ. Shares with a nominal value of 1 TL will be offered for sale at a fixed price of 105.00 TL.

Cem Zeytin AŞ will increase its capital from 302 million TL to 402 million TL through a paid capital increase. The 100 million TL worth of shares created during this process will be offered to the public at a fixed price of 15.30 TL per share with a nominal value of 1 TL.

The shares of both companies will be offered to investors at the determined fixed prices to complete the public offering process.
