74 stocks rose in the first half of the day on the BIST 100 index

The BIST 100 index at Borsa Istanbul rose by 0.63 percent to 8,074.58 points in the first half of the day.

As of 13:00, the index had increased by 50.21 points compared to the previous close. The BIST 100 index, which closed at 8,024.37 points yesterday, started the day at 8,104.04 points with an increase of 79.67 points and 0.99 percent.

During the first half of the day, the index saw a low of 8,066.40 points and a high of 8,116.90 points.

In the first half of the day, the financial index gained 0.76 percent, the services index 0.32 percent, the technology index 1.5 percent, and the industrial index 0.7 percent.

Compared to the previous close, 74 of the stocks included in the BIST 100 index rose, while 25 lost value. The most actively traded stocks were Turkish Airlines, Türkiye İş Bankası (C), Yapı ve Kredi Bankası, Ereğli Demir Çelik, and Akbank.
