Akın İpek's mansion finally finds a buyer

The 'White Mansion' (Beyaz Köşk), which belonged to FETÖ fugitive Akın İpek and could not be sold in three previous auctions, has found a buyer in the fourth attempt for 1 billion 116 million TL. The identity of the new owner has not been disclosed.

Akın İpek's mansion finally finds a buyer

The 'White Mansion' on the Bosphorus, belonging to Akın İpek, whose assets were seized following the July 15 coup attempt, has finally been sold. The mansion, which had been put up for auction three times previously without finding a buyer, was offered for sale this time with a 115 million TL discount and successfully sold.

The sale of the mansion, located in one of the most prestigious areas of the Bosphorus, was announced by the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF) through a statement to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP). The statement did not specify who the new owner of the mansion is.

SALE DETAILS ANNOUNCED

The tender, announced on September 11, 2025, was conducted through an open bid and auction procedure. The highest bid in the auction was recorded as 1 billion 116 million TL, including VAT. It was stated that following the Board of Directors' approval, the title deed transfer procedures would be completed shortly and further developments would be shared via KAP.
