The issuance certificate regarding the establishment of the Carbon Harvest Venture Capital Investment Fund by BV Portföy Yönetimi AŞ and the issuance of fund participation shares were also approved by the Board. Furthermore, Barclays Menkul Değerler AŞ was granted an operating license with the status of a partially authorized brokerage firm for domestic transaction brokerage and limited custody services.
