Price hike for BiTaksi! Service fee is now 50 TL
The digital taxi-hailing application BiTaksi has increased its service fee for the second time in 2025. As of June 1, the service fee rose by 25 percent to 50 TL. Including the increase in February, the total rate of increase has exceeded 66 percent. Users on social media have reacted to the price hike.

BiTaksi has increased its service fee for the second time in 2025. The fee, which was raised from 30 TL to 40 TL with the first 33 percent hike in February, has shown a total increase of over 66 percent with this latest rise. The short-distance trip fare has gone up to 185 TL.

COMMISSION DIFFERENCE APPLIED TO CARD PAYMENTS
In the application, the service fee for payments made by card is added directly to the taximeter fare. For cash payments, this fee is collected from the passenger by the driver. BiTaksi also generates revenue by charging a commission from drivers.
