A new stage has been reached in the process regarding the regulation on the lowest pension, which concerns millions of retirees. The legislative proposal, which envisions increasing the lowest pension, is planned to be submitted to the Speaker of the Parliament tomorrow.
LEGISLATIVE PROPOSAL PREPARED
It has been reported that the work prepared by AKP deputies and conducted under the chairmanship of Abdullah Güler has reached its final stage. The legislative proposal, consisting of approximately 15 articles, includes the regulation aimed at increasing the lowest pension.
MINIMUM WAGE SUPPORT ALSO IN THE PROPOSAL
The prepared legislative proposal does not only contain regulations regarding pensions, but also includes an article that envisions increasing the minimum wage employer support to 1,270 liras.
TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE SPEAKER OF PARLIAMENT TOMORROW
It was stated that the legislative proposal, which covers the increase of the lowest pensions and the minimum wage employer support, will be submitted to the Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey tomorrow. Following the submission of the proposal to Parliament, the legislative process is expected to begin.
