BRSA announces: 569 billion lira drop in KKM in 3 months
According to BRSA data, there was a decrease of 82 billion 879 million lira in Foreign Exchange Protected Deposit (KKM) accounts during the week of November 10. The total decline in KKM over 12 weeks reached 569 billion 160 million lira.
The Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BRSA) has announced banking data for the week of November 10. Accordingly, as of that week, the total amount in foreign exchange protected deposit (KKM) accounts fell below 2.9 trillion lira to 2 trillion 838 billion 788 million lira.
During the week of November 10, there was a decrease of 82 billion 879 million lira in KKM accounts. This marked the 3rd fastest weekly decline in KKM to date.
While KKM accounts have recorded a decline for 12 consecutive weeks, the total decrease during this period reached 569 billion 160 million lira.
