Central Bank revokes licenses of 3 payment institutions
The Central Bank has revoked the operating licenses of Pay Fix, İninal, and Aypara, which operate in the payment services and electronic money sector.
The Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye (TCMB) has revoked the operating licenses of three payment institutions. According to the Central Bank communiqués published in the Official Gazette, the operating licenses of Pay Fix, İninal, and Aypara were terminated in accordance with the relevant articles of Law No. 6493 on Payment and Securities Settlement Systems, Payment Services, and Electronic Money Institutions.
According to the decisions taken by the TCMB on November 6, 2025, the grounds for the revocation were cited as clauses (c) and (e) of the first paragraph of Article 16 of the Law. Following the decision, the institutions in question will no longer be able to provide payment and electronic money services under the relevant law.
