Central Bank revokes licenses of three electronic money companies
With a new decision published in the Official Gazette, the operating licenses of TTM Elektronik Para ve Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş., Klon Ödeme Kuruluşu A.Ş., and Fzypay Elektronik Para ve Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş. have been terminated.
The Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye (TCMB) has revoked the operating authorizations of three separate payment and electronic money institutions in accordance with a series of decisions made on February 18, 2026.
According to the decision, the operating licenses of TTM Elektronik Para ve Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş., Klon Ödeme Kuruluşu A.Ş., and Fzypay Elektronik Para ve Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş. have been officially canceled. Consequently, these companies will no longer be able to operate in the field of electronic money and payment services in Türkiye.
Such decisions by the TCMB are occasionally taken to ensure financial security and order within the sector. This development has once again demonstrated that other companies operating in the electronic money sector must remain vigilant regarding the regulatory authority's sanctions.
