CMB approved: 3 more companies to go public
In the weekly bulletin published by the Capital Markets Board (CMB), it was announced that the initial public offering (IPO) applications of three companies have been approved.
The wave of initial public offerings on the stock exchange continues without slowing down.
In 2023, which saw the highest-valued IPO of all time, the number of investors on Borsa Istanbul exceeded 8.5 million. IPOs play a significant role in the increase of new investor numbers. Interest in IPOs from both companies and investors is expected to continue to grow.
According to the report in Dünya newspaper, EKOS Elektrik, 1000 Yatırımlar Holding, and Agrotech will offer their shares to the public on Borsa Istanbul.
Since the beginning of the year, nearly 50 companies have carried out IPOs totaling over 60 billion liras.
