CMB approves capital increases for 6 companies, fines 22 individuals!

The Capital Markets Board (CMB) has approved the capital increase applications of 6 companies. Meanwhile, a total of 195 million 659 thousand 151 TL in administrative fines was imposed on 22 individuals.

The Capital Markets Board (CMB) weekly bulletin states that the Board has approved the paid-in capital increase applications of Loras Holding AŞ for 384 million liras, Çelik Halat ve Tel Sanayii AŞ for 41 million 500 thousand liras, and Sekuro Plastik Ambalaj Sanayi AŞ for 34 million 712 thousand 500 liras, as well as the bonus issue capital increase applications of Konfrut Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ for 132 million liras, Duran Doğan Basım ve Ambalaj Sanayi AŞ for 65 million liras, and PC İletişim ve Medya Hizmetleri Sanayi AŞ for 73 million 350 thousand liras.

Debt instrument issuance applications were approved for Meksa Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ and Ekovar Çevre Grup Geri Dönüşüm Atık Depolama İnşaat Taahhüt Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ for 600 million liras, Lider Faktoring AŞ for 200 million liras, Yatırım Finansman Menkul Değerler AŞ for 850 million liras, Quick Finansman AŞ for 880 million liras, Burgan Bank AŞ for 3 billion liras, and Şekerbank TAŞ for 600 million dollars.

On the other hand, the Board also approved the lease certificate issuances of Emlak Varlık Kiralama AŞ, Vakıf Varlık Kiralama AŞ, Türkiye Menkul Kıymetleştirme Şirketi Fibabanka Fifth Asset Finance Fund, and Türkiye Menkul Kıymetleştirme Şirketi Tarfin First Asset Finance Fund.

ADMINISTRATIVE FINES FOR 22 INDIVIDUALS

The Board imposed a total of 195 million 659 thousand 151 liras in administrative fines on 22 individuals, 21 of whom are natural persons and one is a legal entity.

The CMB decided to impose fines of 195 million 449 thousand 802 liras on 19 individuals regarding transactions in the Kızılbük Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı AŞ (KZBGY) share market, and fines of 209 thousand 349 liras on 2 natural persons and 1 legal entity following an investigation into the use of proceeds obtained by PC İletişim ve Medya Hizmetleri Sanayi Ticaret AŞ from its initial public offering.

Additionally, the Board announced that it has initiated the necessary legal proceedings to block access to 58 websites determined to be offering leveraged trading services from abroad to residents in Turkey.
