CMB approves debt instrument issuance applications for 6 companies

The Capital Markets Board (CMB) has approved the debt instrument issuance applications of 6 companies, totaling 12 billion 339 million 600 thousand Turkish Lira and 7 billion dollars.

CMB approves debt instrument issuance applications for 6 companies

According to the CMB bulletin, the Board approved the application of QNB Finans Finansal Kiralama AŞ for a bonus share issue amounting to 885 million Turkish Lira.

The CMB also approved the debt instrument issuance applications of Sümer Faktoring AŞ for 150 million Turkish Lira, Uludağ İçecek Türk AŞ for 2 billion Turkish Lira, Ak Faktoring AŞ for 189 million 600 thousand Turkish Lira, Fibabanka AŞ for 10 billion Turkish Lira, Denizbank AŞ for 2 billion dollars, and Türkiye Vakıflar Bankası TAO for 5 billion dollars.

The Board approved the operating license applications for the establishment of 2 umbrella funds, 4 venture capital funds, and 2 real estate investment funds.

Deciding to impose administrative fines on 3 individuals following an investigation into transactions carried out in the LDR Turizm AŞ (company) equity market, the Board also decided to file criminal complaints against 8 individuals and the content providers of the websites with the extensions "olivemarkets", "truvafx", "liberalfx", and "bdswiss".

The CMB ordered the necessary legal actions to be taken to block access to 49 websites determined to be facilitating leveraged trading abroad via the internet for residents in Turkey.
