CMB approves IPOs for 3 companies

The Capital Markets Board (CMB) has approved the initial public offerings (IPOs) of Mega Metal Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ, Kuzey Boru AŞ, and Sur Tatil Evleri Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı (GYO) AŞ.

CMB approves IPOs for 3 companies

According to the CMB's weekly bulletin, the Board approved the IPO applications for Mega Metal at 28.3 lira, Kuzey Boru at 36.2 lira, and Sur Tatil Evleri GYO at 49.18 lira.

Bonus share capital increases of 104 million lira for Fonet Bilgi Teknolojileri AŞ and 99 million lira for LDR Turizm AŞ were approved.

Debt instrument issuance applications were authorized for the following: Suzuki Motorlu Araçlar Pazarlama AŞ for 860 million lira, Karel Elektronik Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ for 1.5 billion lira, Dardanel Önentaş Gıda Sanayi AŞ for 3 billion lira, Enerjisa Enerji AŞ for 20 billion lira, Turknet İletişim Hizmetleri AŞ for 50 million lira, Düzey Tüketim Malları Sanayi Pazarlama ve Ticaret AŞ for 150 million lira, Global Menkul Değerler AŞ for 450 million lira, Emir Varlık Yönetim AŞ for 600 million lira, and Adel Kalemcilik Ticaret ve Sanayi AŞ for 850 million lira.

Companies granted permission for debt instrument issuance also included Turkcell Finansman AŞ with 1 billion lira, PhillipCapital Menkul Değerler AŞ with 1.5 billion lira, Mercedes-Benz Finansman Türk AŞ with 1.7 billion lira, Ak Finansal Kiralama AŞ with 4 billion lira, and Vakıf Finansal Kiralama AŞ with 10 billion lira.

The application by the Türkiye Menkul Kıymetleştirme Şirketi Koç Finans First Asset Finance Fund for a 5 billion lira lease certificate and asset-backed securities (VİDMK) issuance was approved.

NEW OPERATING PERMITS

The CMB granted permission for the establishment of A1 Portföy Yönetimi AŞ's "Second Venture Capital Investment Fund" and "Third Venture Capital Investment Fund," as well as Re-Pie Portföy Yönetimi AŞ's "Electric Technologies Venture Capital Investment Fund," "İkas Venture Capital Investment Fund," "MG Private Venture Capital Investment Fund," and "Proptech Technologies Venture Capital Investment Fund," while also approving the issuance documents for their participation shares.

Permission was granted to Foneva Portföy Yönetimi AŞ to establish a Variable Umbrella Fund, Participation Umbrella Fund, Money Market Umbrella Fund, and Free Umbrella Fund, and to Hedef Portföy Yönetimi AŞ to establish a Participation Umbrella Fund.

The request by Pusula Portföy Yönetimi AŞ for an operating permit and the granting of a portfolio management and investment consultancy authorization certificate was met with approval.

CRIMINAL COMPLAINTS AND ACCESS BLOCKING DECISIONS

Following an investigation into transactions conducted in the Euro Menkul Kıymet Yatırım Ortaklığı AŞ (EUYO) equity market, the CMB decided to impose an administrative fine of 1.7 million lira on one individual.

In accordance with the fourth paragraph of Article 99 of the Capital Markets Law, a decision was made to initiate legal proceedings to block access to 48 websites determined to be facilitating leveraged trading abroad via the internet for individuals residing in Turkey.
