CMB grants approval: Two new real estate companies to go public

The Capital Markets Board has approved the initial public offerings of Luxera and Savur Real Estate Investment Trusts, bringing new companies to the capital markets.

CMB grants approval: Two new real estate companies to go public

The Capital Markets Board (CMB) has paved the way for two real estate investment trusts to be traded on the stock exchange with decisions announced in its latest weekly bulletin. It was stated that Luxera Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı AŞ will be offered to the public at 12.05 Turkish Lira per share, and Savur Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı AŞ at 3.64 Turkish Lira per share.

Furthermore, approval was granted for Luxera to increase its capital from 240 million lira to 330 million lira, including a paid-in capital increase of 90 million lira. Savur Gayrimenkul will proceed with a paid-in capital increase of 208 million 400 thousand lira, with its capital being raised from 874 million 600 thousand lira to 1 billion 83 million lira.

APPROVALS FOR CAPITAL INCREASES AND DEBT INSTRUMENTS

The CMB also approved the bonus issue plans of Martı Otel İşletmeleri AŞ for 900 million lira and Rainbow Polikarbonat Sanayi Ticaret AŞ for 570 million lira.

According to the bulletin, a series of companies were given the green light for debt instrument issuance. Altınkılıç Gıda ve Süt Sanayi Ticaret AŞ, Güney Yıldızı Petrol Üretim Sondaj Müteahhitlik ve Ticaret AŞ, Fikret Petrol Ürünleri Pazarlama Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ, Uşak Seramik Sanayi AŞ, Inveo Yatırım Holding AŞ, Türk Telekomünikasyon AŞ, Quick Finansman AŞ, Kontrolmatik Teknoloji Enerji ve Mühendislik AŞ, and QNB Finansal Kiralama AŞ received the necessary approvals from the CMB for the issuance of debt instruments totaling billions of lira.

Additionally, the establishment applications for two venture capital investment funds affiliated with Inveo Portföy Yönetimi AŞ were also approved.

The CMB also approved the issuance of lease certificates and asset-backed securities by Emlak Katılım Varlık Kiralama AŞ, totaling 50 billion lira. Finally, the institution decided to initiate legal proceedings to block access to 25 websites.
