CMB imposes 6-month temporary trading ban on 9 individuals
The Capital Markets Board (CMB) has decided to impose a 6-month temporary trading ban on 9 individuals regarding transactions carried out in the Ceo Event Medya AŞ (CEOEM) share market.
The CMB announced in its bulletin that penal actions have been taken regarding transactions carried out in the CEOEM share market.
Accordingly, in accordance with articles 5/1 and 6/1 of the Communiqué on Measures to be Applied in Market Abuse and Market Fraud Investigations, it was decided to impose a 6-month temporary trading ban on stock exchanges starting from November 6 for Baran Cidal, Çağlar Kacar, Fikret Aydoğan, İsmail Turgut, Mustafa Can Ersöz, Nevim Ersöz, Nihan Yıldız, Selay Kıvılcım, and Timuçin Ersöz.
