CMB imposes fines on two companies
The Capital Markets Board has announced that administrative fines will be imposed on two publicly traded companies, Kızılbük GYO and Sinpaş GYO.
Following investigations, the CMB has decided to impose administrative fines (İPC) on two publicly traded companies and one individual.
MASSIVE FINES FOR TWO COMPANIES
According to information in the CMB bulletin, Kızılbük Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı (#KZBGY) will pay a fine of 300 thousand liras for failing to make a special case disclosure regarding lawsuits filed concerning the Sinpaş Kızılbük Wellness Resort project, which is in the company's portfolio.
The Board also imposed a fine of 155 thousand 567 liras on Sinpaş Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı (#SNGYO) because the sale transactions of Kızılbük GYO shares, carried out on March 10, 2023, and April 14, 2023, were conducted via transfer outside the stock exchange.
