CMB requests closure of 44 websites offering leveraged foreign exchange trading
According to the Capital Markets Board's bulletin dated December 14, it has been decided to initiate legal proceedings against 44 websites.
The Capital Markets Board (CMB) has decided to initiate the necessary legal proceedings in accordance with the fourth paragraph of Article 99 of the Capital Markets Law to block access to 44 websites determined to be facilitating leveraged trading abroad via the internet for individuals residing in Turkey.
The websites for which the CMB has decided to initiate legal proceedings are as follows:
