CMB seeks closure for 59 websites offering leveraged foreign exchange trading

The Capital Markets Board has decided to initiate legal proceedings to block access to 59 websites.

The Capital Markets Board (CMB) has decided to take the necessary legal actions in accordance with the fourth paragraph of Article 99 of the Capital Markets Law to block access to 59 websites determined to be facilitating leveraged trading abroad via the internet for residents in Turkey.
