The Competition Authority has granted approval for several acquisition transactions.
According to the announcement on the Competition Authority's website, the Board has authorized the acquisition of sole control of Global Terminal Hizmetleri AŞ by GTS Investments B.V.
Approval was granted for the acquisition of sole control of Cargo Partner Group Holding AG companies by Nippon Express Holdings Inc.
The acquisition of sole control of Kocaeli Lastik Sanayi AŞ by Maxis Girişim Sermayesi Portföy Yönetimi AŞ. Atlas Büyüme Sermayesi Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Fonu and Maxis Girişim Sermayesi Portföy Yönetimi AŞ. T-Fon Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Fonu was deemed appropriate.
The acquisition of all shares of Future Electronics Inc. by WT Microelectronics Co. Ltd. has been approved.
