Price hike for diesel

According to current fuel pump prices;
A liter of diesel is sold for 37.53 TL in Istanbul.
A liter of gasoline is sold for an average of 34.55 TL.
HOW ARE FUEL PRICES CALCULATED?
In Turkey, when calculating gasoline and diesel prices, the refinery sales price excluding VAT is determined by adding the Special Consumption Tax (ÖTV) and the Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EPDK) share to the duty-free refinery price.
When calculating the duty-free refinery price, the daily CIF Mediterranean product prices published in the Mediterranean-Italian market and the daily dollar exchange rate are tracked, and a duty-free refinery ceiling sales price is obtained based on a certain price change margin.
