Discount announcement for retirees earning 10,000 TL: Published in the Official Gazette!
The regulation previously announced by Minister of Labor and Social Security Vedat Işıkhan, which allows retirees to benefit from a 15 percent discount at guesthouses of public institutions and organizations, has been published in the Official Gazette.
The first step has been taken regarding the new welfare-enhancing practice announced by Minister of Labor and Social Security Vedat Işıkhan. According to the decision published in the Official Gazette today, retirees will be able to benefit from a 15 percent discount at public guesthouses, teacher's houses, social facilities, and guest houses.
It will also be possible for retirees to use sports facilities affiliated with the Ministry of Youth and Sports. The decision will be valid until December 31, 2024.
Minister of Labor and Social Security Vedat Işıkhan had previously announced new regulations for retirees. Speaking at the “Social Security Week Meeting” program, Minister Işıkhan had announced various innovations aimed at improving the quality of life for retirees.
According to the minister's statement, retirees will be able to benefit from discounts at public facilities. Retirees will be able to utilize public guesthouses, teacher's houses, social facilities, and guest houses with a 15 percent discount.
