Dividend payment date for Oyak Yatırım announced
Oyak Yatırım Menkul Değerler has announced that it will begin the payment process for dividends to be distributed from its 2025 profits on May 6, 2026.
According to the notification submitted by the company to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), the decision on dividend distribution was approved at the ordinary general assembly held recently. Following the approval by the general assembly on April 27, 2026, the implementation schedule was determined at the board of directors meeting held on April 30.
In this context, for investors holding OYYAT shares, a cash dividend payment of 3.7742886 TL gross and 3.2081453 TL net will be made per share with a nominal value of 1 TL. According to the announced rates, the gross dividend will be 377.42886 percent, and the net dividend will be 320.81453 percent. A withholding tax rate of 15 percent will be applied to the dividend payments.
Dividend receivables of public shareholders will be transferred to accounts with the T+2 settlement practice. According to the schedule shared by the company, the dividend right can be exercised on May 6, 2026. While May 7 is indicated as the record date, the date for the payments to be credited to accounts has been set as May 8, 2026.
With this development, Oyak Yatırım shareholders will be able to receive their dividends in cash on the specified dates.
