Early retirement good news for those with SSK entry in those years

The Social Security Institution (SGK) has offered a new opportunity for those waiting for early retirement. As an alternative solution for those who could not benefit from the Retirement Age Trapped (EYT) regulation, it was stated that those who had their SSK entry between 1995 and 2015 can benefit from the right to early retirement. According to the SGK's announcement, retirement with 15 years of service and 3600 days of premiums is becoming possible for disabled employees. However, to benefit from this right, a disability rate of at least 40 percent is required. The age requirement is not taken into account in this scope.

In addition, an opportunity for disability retirement is also being offered. Those who experience a loss of work capacity of 60 percent or more due to health problems or accidents after starting their working life will be able to benefit from this right. These individuals are required to have completed a 10-year insurance period and 1800 premium days. For those in need of care, only the 1800-day premium requirement is sufficient.

Early retirement opportunities are also provided for mothers. Mothers with three children have the chance to retire early by borrowing 2160 days. With these regulations, the SGK aims to facilitate the retirement processes of insured employees by offering various early retirement options for different groups.
