Economic confidence index rose 1.1 percent monthly in December to 96.4
The economic confidence index rose by 1.1 percent on a monthly basis in December, reaching a value of 96.4.
The Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK) has announced the economic confidence index data for December.
Accordingly, the index, which was 95.3 in November, increased by 1.1 percent in December to 96.4.
The consumer confidence index also rose by 2.6 percent on a monthly basis in December to 77.4.
In the same period, the real sector confidence index decreased by 0.5 percent, falling to 103.4.
The services sector confidence index rose by 1.2 percent to 112.3.
The retail trade sector confidence index increased by 4.5 percent to 116.8, while the construction sector confidence index decreased by 3.3 percent to reach a value of 88.
