The board decision containing the aforementioned amendment by EMRA was published in today's issue of the Official Gazette and has entered into force.

Accordingly, the formula used to determine the collateral amount for the reserved natural gas capacity—which refers to the maximum daily capacity, defined as the maximum limit of natural gas that a shipper can deliver at an entry point or receive at an exit point on any given day within the relevant gas year, allocated separately for each entry and exit point—has been updated.

Additionally, within the scope of the decision, adjustments were made to the definitions of "Main Exit Point" and "Gas Usage Threshold".
