The Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF) has put the Aydınlı Giyim Group, which was seized on the grounds of its connection to FETÖ, up for sale. The company has a total of 690 stores, with 384 across Turkey and 306 abroad.
According to the TMSF announcement, the estimated value determined for the company's shares transferred to the Treasury is 20 billion 350 million TL. The participation fee for those wishing to bid in the tender has been announced as 1.2 billion TL. The tender, which will be held via an open auction, will take place on September 23, 2025.
Before it was seized, the Aydınlı Giyim Group was under the management of Mustafa Şevki Kavurmacı and his son Ömer Faruk Kavurmacı. The company holds the licensing rights for world-famous textile brands, and for this reason, the sales process is attracting significant interest.
